Dear all,
I think that it is about time to open a new section of the forum, devoted to lighting and illumination.

The lighting world is in constant upgrade and development, both on the technical and on the design sides. So I am prone to give the lighting a dedicated space in a special section.

Does anybody agree?

Don't you also think, like I do, that in the design field any direction and paths are possible: at studiodsgn, for example, the folks think that creativity must be unleashed and let free to range in the various fields and areas.

I especially love this piece, fruit of their inventive but accurate projecting: the (p)lay lamp for ALT Luci alternative by FDV, a playful piece which is, actually, a huge luminescent yo-yo.

All our actions and our living are surrounded, helped, sustained, supported, served by pieces of furniture. From the moment you wake up n the morning to the moment you go back to sleep, you cross many rooms with different purposes and decorations, with a lot of distinct objects that help (some more and some less), and a number of functions and tasks you have to face.
