Women friendly design

At least there is someone thinking about women users:

This smart table HOOK is conceived by a two illuminated designers Lucidi & Pevere to set free from shoppers and bags overturning the chairs. And theft-proof!

A clever idea, totally agreed!!
By the way, when will someone invent a space for the bags on the car foreseats? When will women drivers with passengers have their bags at hand without spraining their shoulders to pick it up from the backseat?
You can tell, beyond any doubt, that cars are designed by men (like many other things, which I am not listing here right now but just ask!): plenty of compartments for bottles, glasses, cups, keys, mobiles, PDAs, organizers. A handbag just doesn't fit in. Why?

 Does industrial design have to do with car industry also? I guess so: is there anyone among these cool designers who could seriously take up this challenge? I'd love to promote him - or better, her...
